The bloodwork tracker
Her numbers, visit by visit
After every recheck, write down four numbers with the date. The trend across several visits matters far more than any single value, and six months from now this sheet gives you a straight answer instead of a feeling.
Every recheck
| Date | Creatinine | Phosphorus | Potassium | Weight | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
When she has them
| Date | SDMA | UPC | Urine SG | Blood pressure | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
How big a change counts? Even a few tenths can. A creatinine that goes from 2.1 to 2.6 between rechecks is a real jump, especially if her SDMA was already up. Ask your vet whether the latest change is real or ordinary movement from one visit to the next.
